Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
